Bristol Britannia – Historic British Airliners

Video from the channel Jumbo Aviation & Hobbies about Bristol Britannia, linked on its Above Ten Thousand entry. Duration: 3:19. Language: English. Video type: Onboard.

A visit inside a Bristol Britannia in Monarch livery, on display at a museum alongside other historic airliners.

The video shows the flight deck, with very complex instrumentation, the galley, some lockers, the crew rest area with bunks, and the passenger cabin. A Vickers Viscount can be seen through a window.

The author recalls that Monarch Airlines' history goes back to the Britannia era, and at the end notes that the same museum also has a Comet on display.
