Privacy policy

What personal data Above Ten Thousand processes, for what purpose, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

The controller responsible for the data collected on this site is the owner identified in the legal notice, who can be contacted at the email address given there.

What data is processed

Contact form: the name, email address and content of the message you choose to provide. No field is filled in by any means other than your own input.

Audience measurement: aggregated usage statistics — page views, language, device type, general traffic origin — collected with an in-house analytics system, hosted on our own servers, which does not install cookies, does not create persistent visitor identifiers and does not allow any individual to be identified.

Technical logs: the server temporarily retains the standard access logs needed for security and for diagnosing faults.

No special-category data is collected, no profiles are built and no automated decisions are made about individuals.

Purpose and legal basis

Data from the form is processed solely to handle and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the message.

Aggregated statistics and technical logs are processed under the owner's legitimate interest in understanding site usage and keeping it secure and operational, without affecting your rights, since the information is not linked to identifiable individuals.

Retention

Messages received are kept for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, afterward, for the period during which liability could arise from their content. Once no longer needed, they are deleted.

Aggregated statistics are retained indefinitely, as they contain no personal data.

Recipients

Data is not sold, not rented and not disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.

The hosting and email providers strictly necessary to deliver the service act as processors, subject to the confidentiality obligations required by law.

If this site incorporates advertising in the future, the advertising networks serving it will act as independent controllers under their own policies; at that point your prior consent will be requested and this policy will be updated to identify them.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, as well as restriction of or objection to its processing and data portability, by writing to the contact address given in the legal notice. You may be asked for additional documentation to verify your identity.

If you believe your data has not been processed correctly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is not specifically directed at persons under fourteen years of age and does not knowingly collect data from individuals of that age.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the last revision appears at the top of the page.
