This is a clip from SpaceX's broadcast of Starship's first integrated test flight, with the Super Heavy booster and the ship stacked together. Terra Brasil published it in April 2023.

After liftoff, the vehicle cleared the tower, lost and then regained power, and passed through the phase of maximum aerodynamic pressure. The plan called for the ship to separate and fire six engines for almost six and a half minutes, with the booster heading back toward the gulf.

Separation did not occur: the stack kept spinning until the flight ended with the loss of the vehicle. The commentators stressed that clearing the tower was already the main objective.
