The video shows the launch of an ILS Proton from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, carrying the Ciel-2 communications satellite. According to the title, the launch took place on December 10, 2008.
After the countdown, the rocket lifts off and about 10 seconds later performs the roll maneuver. The commentary places maximum dynamic pressure at around Mach 1.5, about 62 seconds after liftoff, with a flight azimuth of about 60.8 degrees.
The footage clearly shows the first-stage separation, which Baikonur later confirms as nominal. The clip ends as the broadcast switches to presenting the launch pad personnel.
