Vulcan XH558 flies again after its restoration

October 18, 2007

After its last flight with the RAF in 1992, Vulcan B.2 XH558 flew again on 18 October 2007 after a long restoration by the Vulcan To The Sky Trust, funded by public donations and UK lottery money. For the following seasons it was the only airworthy Vulcan and one of the star attractions of British air shows.
