A Snowbirds CT-114 Tutor crashed in Kamloops, British Columbia, on 17 May 2020 after a post-takeoff failure that led both occupants to eject; public affairs officer Capt. Jennifer Casey was killed. The crash led to a temporary grounding of the whole fleet.
