From a homebuilt biplane

The Aerosport Scamp was a small biplane designed by Harris Woods for homebuilding, with an open cockpit, tricycle landing gear and T-tail. The Scamp A first flew on August 21, 1973, powered by a 1,853 cc Volkswagen automobile engine. By 1993, 1,050 sets of plans had been sold.

The Colombian version

The Agrocopteros Scamp B is the agricultural spraying variant of the Scamp, modified from kits assembled in Colombia. Máximo Tedesco founded the company AGROCOPTEROS LTDA. in 1961 and began designing and producing autogyros for aerial spraying. The firm later moved into helicopters and biplanes. Among its developments is the Scamp B, derived from the Aerosport Scamp biplane.

The spraying equipment

For the Scamp B, a dedicated aerial application kit was designed, consisting of a 15.85 US gallon (60 L) fiberglass chemical tank under the fuselage, a wind-driven pressure pump, and spray booms and nozzles.
