EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2027

From 26 July to 1 August 2027, Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, will once again become for one week the busiest airport on the planet with the Experimental Aircraft Association's annual convention, regarded as the world's largest aviation gathering: thousands of aircraft camped beside the runway, daily air displays and historic, experimental and military aircraft.
The EAA fixed the dates as early as November 2023, together with those for 2024, 2025 and 2026. Jack J. Pelton, the association's CEO and chairman of the board, explained the early announcement by AirVenture's weight in the industry calendar: enthusiasts plan their trips to Oshkosh well ahead, and the dates affect other aviation events and activity across the state of Wisconsin. Of the four editions announced then, 2027 is the only one that runs into August. The display programme and the year's highlights will be announced as they are confirmed; advance tickets and camping are handled through the official AirVenture website, with lower prices for EAA members.
