Video from the channel Biggsy about Duxford Flying Finale 2025, linked on its Above Ten Thousand entry. Duration: 15:10. Language: English. Video type: Air show.

Event and team

A compilation of highlights from the Duxford Flying Finale 2025. It gathers clips from the Royal Air Force Typhoon display, flown by Nathan, and from the Red Arrows display, presented by Squadron Leader Graeme Muscat in his last commentary with the team.

What you see

The first minutes run only with music, with no commentary. In the Typhoon segment, we see the double corkscrew, a velocity-vector manoeuvre in which the aircraft accelerates to around 500 mph, five rolls in a row with a pull-out at around 600 mph and 9 g, and a sustained 9 g turn. The Red Arrows arrive with only eight aircraft because one had a technical fault. We see the Tornado figure, Tempest (one of the new additions for 2025) and the synchro pair's Crossbow, which drops to 100 ft with a closing speed of more than 800 mph. Then comes the season's final pass. The video ends with Muscat's farewell, thanking the crowd, and the show presenter's thanks.

The aircraft on display

The compilation does not focus on a single aircraft: it alternates the solo Typhoon with the Red Arrows formation and their pair manoeuvres.
