Renaming to BFR

At the 68th annual meeting of the International Astronautical Congress (IAC), held in Adelaide, Australia, in September 2017, Elon Musk presents the redesigned vehicle, renamed BFR (Big Falcon Rocket), as the successor to the Interplanetary Transport System. The name is presented as temporary; in 2018 the vehicle would be renamed Starship, with its booster named Super Heavy.
