IFT-11: final Block 2 flight

Eleventh flight test, with Booster 15-2 (the second reuse of a booster) and Ship 38. The booster completes ascent, boostback and landing despite an engine failure; the ship deploys eight Starlink simulators and softly splashes down in the Indian Ocean before tipping over and exploding. It is the final launch of the Block 2 configuration of Starship and Super Heavy, which is retired after this flight.
