History
The F-4S was the final remanufacture program applied to F-4J airframes, fitted with an AN/APQ-65 radar similar to that of the F/A-18 Hornet, a new mission control computer, a head-up display, an IFF interrogator and multi-function displays, plus compatibility with more modern air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles.
