IFT-13: first functional Starlink V3 satellites

Thirteenth flight test, the second flight of Starship Version 3 (Booster 20, Ship 40), after two aborted attempts on July 16 and July 23. The ship completes orbital insertion and deploys 20 functional Starlink V3 satellites for the first time (previous flights carried only mass simulators), splashing down intact in the Indian Ocean. The booster, however, fails to ignite enough engines for its splashdown burn and is destroyed on water impact.
