IFT-12: first Block 3 (V3) flight

Twelfth flight test and the first flight of Starship Version 3, with Ship 39 and Booster 19. The booster suffers an engine failure during ascent and, after stage separation, an explosion in one of its engines during the boostback relight leaves only 10 of 33 engines running; it loses control and breaks apart over the Gulf of Mexico. Marks the transition from Block 2 to Block 3.
